Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TravlyApp (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
About TravlyApp
TravlyApp provides:

  • Contact details of employers in Australia
  • Information relating to backpacker jobs
  • Regional and farm work opportunities

88-day eligible work information (where applicable)
TravlyApp does NOT:

  • Employ job seekers
  • Guarantee job placements
  • Guarantee visa eligibility
  • Act as a recruitment agency
  • No Employment Guarantee

TravlyApp provides contact information only.
We:

  • Do not verify every employer independently
  • Do not guarantee job availability
  • Do not guarantee payment terms
  • Do not guarantee visa qualification compliance

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before
accepting employment.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Use the Platform lawfully
  • Not misuse employer contact data
  • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute contact databases
  • Not harass or spam listed employers
  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Data Usage & Restrictions
  • All employer contact lists and job databases are:
  • Proprietary intellectual property
  • Licensed for personal use only

You may not:

  1. Resell
  2. Reproduce
  3. Publish
  4. Share commercially
  5. Scrape or automate extraction
  6. Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)
If TravlyApp offers paid access:

  • Fees are payable upfront
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled
  • No refunds unless required by Australian Consumer Law
  • Users may cancel at any time through their account dashboard.
  • Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law
(ACL).
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 3
months.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
TravlyApp is not liable for:

  1. Job scams
  2. Employer misconduct
  3. Payment disputes
  4. Visa rejection
  5. Travel losses
  6. Relocation costs
  7. Injury or workplace incidents
  8. Users assume all risks associated with contacting employers.
  9. Intellectual Property

All content, databases, branding, and materials are owned by TravlyApp.
Users grant TravlyApp a non-exclusive licence to use submitted feedback
or content.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Misuse of data
  • Scraping
  • Fraud
  • Harassment
  • Terms violations
  • Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes
acceptance.
